WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING MY HEATING & COOLING SYSTEM SERVICED?
Dirty or blocked coils and/or improper refrigerant levels dramatically increase operating cost, reduce the units ability to cool and can cause system failure. With a seasonal inspection, the air filter is replaced and the coils are cleaned to allow for proper air flow, refrigerant is added if needed so that your equipment is operating at full capacity. We also verify the proper operation of the major components within the unit (motors, blowers, coils, compressors, etc.) to assist in preventing equipment failures while extending the life of the equipment.
I THINK MY COMMODE MAY BE LEAKING.
IS THERE AN EASY WAY TO DETECT
A LEAK BEFORE I CONTACT A PLUMBER?
Yes, because commodes are one of the largest consumers of household water, we recommend you add a few drops of food coloring to the water in your toilet tank. Don't flush the toilet for thirty minutes.
If you see color in the bowl, you've got a leak.
IS THERE A SIMPLE WAY TO CHECK FOR A WATER LEAK ON MY MAIN LINE?
Yes. Make sure all faucets are off both inside and outside the property.
Look at your water meter, usually located in the front of the property.
If the dial is moving while everything is shut off, you probably have a leak.
