I HAVE HAD TROUBLE IN THE PAST WITH MY DRAINS STOPPING UP. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN THIS HAPPENS?

First and foremost, we would need to run the drain line to remove the blockage. In some cases, we are unable to remove the blockage in its entirety using our sewer machines. This happens for several reasons, including heavy blockage, grease build up, line breakage or collapse, and/or roots have begun to grow into the line over time.

When this occurs, we normally recommend two options: 1) we can use our video camera to video the line and find the exact source of the problem. This allows us to run a camera through the entire length of the line using a small cable and record our findings. You can actually watch as we do this from a portable monitor connected to the video system. We can even record it on VHS for you! 2) We can also attempt to remove the blockage, even the heavy grease you may find at a restaurant or business, using a high velocity jetter system. This allows us to apply a substantial amount of pressure into the line using water with a cleaning solution to remove the blockage.

Once the source of the problem is determined, we can then recommend the most cost efficient repair to satisfy your individual situation.

IF I FIND THAT THE DIAL ON MY METER IS STILL MOVING, DO YOU HAVE A WAY TO LOCATE AN UNDERGROUND LEAK WITHOUT HAVING TO DIG UP EVERY INCH OF MY YARD?

Yes, we do! We use the most up to date technologies to include an electronic leak detector. This device is extremely sensitive and is used to detect the sound of water running beneath the ground, under concrete slabs, and in walls. It allows us to pinpoint the primary location of the leak so that we can minimize the area that will need to be exposed to make the necessary repair.
